Sign up for an interactive cooking class at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston where the two of you can enjoy a hands-on class that also includes a three-course dinner and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot.
Join The Ritz-Carlton’s Chef de Cuisine, Micole Rivera Suarez, and her mother, Norma Suarez Acevedo, who’s flying in direct from Puerto Rico to host and celebrate this special Mother’s Day cooking class with her daughter in the hotel’s Avery Bar. After all, someone has to keep Micole on her culinary toes! Partial proceeds from this class will benefit Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer.
In this one-night-only interactive, hands-on class, guests will make (and enjoy as part of their dining experience) with Chef Micole and her Mom Norma, the following menu:
Spring Citrus Salad with heirloom tomatoes, fresh peas, chèvre & citrus dressing
Lobster Risotto with lobster tail, shallots, house-made limoncello
Then guests will join Ritz-Carlton Pastry Supervisor, Kerry Levesque, to assemble and decorate their dessert:
A Petit Vanilla Chiffon Cake with lemon curd and sweet buttercream
Costs per person:
$200.00 per person, plus applicable taxes & gratuities; partial proceeds to benefit Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer which funds much-needed breast cancer research and care.
Class includes:
One bottle of Veuve Clicquot for Mom and guest, three-course menu detailed above, passed hors d’ oeuvres inspired from Puerto Rico upon arrival, an homage to Micole and her mother Norma’s family heritage, Veuve Clicquot goodie bags and custom aprons.
Class will be sold in pairs only, and guests must be 21 years of age and older to attend.
Limited reservations are available to keep the class as intimate and interactive as possible.
