On Sunday, April 16, Executive Chef Salvatore Firicano of Strega Waterfront in Boston’s bustling Seaport District, invites guests to celebrate the Easter holiday with a delicious three-course prix fixe meal that’s guaranteed to please Grandma, Grandpa, and everyone in between! Crafted from only the freshest, most flavorful ingredients, Chef Firicano’s Italian-inspired Easter menu allows each guest to build their own unique dining experience, beginning with a choice of four delicious appetizers, including options like Costatina D' Agnello - Parmesan-crusted Colorado lamb over Sicilian caponata, and Carpaccio Di Manzo - thinly-sliced, cured beef tenderloin topped with capers, tropea onion, shaved Parmesan and micro arugula.
For the main course, Chef Firicano will offer five mouthwatering dishes, including a fork-tender Braised Lamb Shank served atop creamy polenta and root vegetables, along with Spring Vongole, an Italian pasta specialty boasting littleneck clams, plump shrimp, sliced zucchini, and homemade fusilli, tossed in a white wine sauce.
Knowing every celebratory meal needs a sweet ending, Pastry Chef Alex Bonnefoi's incomparable Tiramisu and Ricotta Cannoli will be served.
