Cinco de Mayo is an annual celebration to commemorates the anniversary of Mexico’s 1862 victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla. In the U.S., Cinco de Mayo is celebrated with a feast of Mexican cuisine shared with friends. In this hands-on class, Chef Thi will teach you to craft delicious Mexican Tamales filled with Roasted Seasonal Vegetables covered in a smokey Rojo Sauce, Grilled Shrimp with Mexican Cilantro Pesto and Spiced Crema and a Farm Salad with Roasted Pepitas and Citrus Vinaigrette.

To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
