It’s the most wonderful time of the year to experience extraordinary fine dining at the Beechwood Hotel. Our Christmas Day Dinner menu promises a myriad of rich seasonal flavors, festive favorites, and unforgettable creative cuisine, designed to delight.
Start with the holiday’s freshest catch – sautéed Crab Cakes with mango avocado relish, rich Lobster Bisque with a pleasant puff pastry crust, or our own unique take on Surf and Turf featuring Short Rib Ravioli with seared scallops and tarragon cream. Or, choose a Trio of Phyllo Triangles featuring savory wild mushrooms, spinach, and pesto potato over fresh greens.
A spectacular selection of entrées will certainly make it difficult to decide on your main course for Christmas Day Dinner - from traditional Beef Wellington with filet mignon and mushroom duxelles wrapped in flaky puff pastry, to Monkfish Medallions wrapped in bacon and sautéed with lentils and trumpet mushrooms, a delightful Coq au Vin complimented by gratin dauphinoise potatoes, and a Roasted Portobello Mushroom Wellington served with sweet potato hash and roasted cauliflower sauce.
