The 38th annual Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl® presented by Valvoline Instant Oil Change will happen this year in a reimagined format. Instead of coming together for an ice cream festival in person, participants pre-order ice cream and frozen yogurt kits to enjoy at home and pick them up safely August 19-22 at the following locations:


• Thursday, August 19 – 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Patriot Place Parking Lot 20C, 2 Patriot Place, Foxborough, Mass.


• Friday, August 20 – 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Arbella Insurance Headquarters, 1100 Crown Colony Drive, Quincy, Mass.


• Saturday August 21 – 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; Roxbury Community College, Parking Lot #1, Columbus Avenue & Cedar Street, Boston


• Sunday, August 22 – 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; Burlington High School, 123 Cambridge Street, Burlington, Mass.


Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl kits will include sweet treats and fun surprises from top ice cream and frozen yogurt companies, including Ben & Jerry’s, Haagen Dazs, Hood, and Lactaid, along with regional favorites The Farmer’s Cow, Yasso, and Planet Oat, among others. All proceeds benefit the Jimmy Fund and support adult and pediatric cancer care and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.


Each ice cream and frozen yogurt kit feeds four to six—plus leftovers. Standard Kits are $50 and include a combination of flavors, toppings, and coupons for local businesses. vendors. Premium Kits are $75 and include everything in the standard kits, plus additional ice cream, Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl merchandise, and a guaranteed “golden ticket” prize, such as complimentary lifetime admission to Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl, Boston Red Sox tickets, and more.
