Join Spira for this great cannabis-friendly workshop! Spira has been a proponent of plant medicines for decades. Cannabis can be very helpful for trauma symptoms like anxiety and comorbidities such as ADHD. When used with intention and in the right setting, it can help with focus, increase mindfulness and interoception, and allow the user to find deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. This, combined with Crystal Singing Bowls will provide you with blissful rest while the frequencies provide healing benefits.


We will provide 5mg gummies for the workshop as no smoking is allowed indoors. However, feel free to vape or smoke before coming. You can always save the gummy for later.


**Please be mindful of how much you consume. A small amount can be very helpful but too much can cause discomfort. If you vape or smoke, 2-3 puffs is plenty.
