My goal is to introduce yoga, breathwork, sound healing meditation and natural approches to wellness and mental health.


● Bring different communities and cultures together to cultivate lasting relationships through wellness and the celebration of our cities diversity.


●This is a 70 min outdoor beginner friendly Yoga classes with Sound bath vibration sessions.


Through a guided sequence of yoga poses we will explore movement and freedom in our physical body deepining our self connection.
