Bukowski Tavern Cambridge celebrates the re-launch of their brunch menu with the help of Willie’s Superbrew during Columbus Day weekend. Bukowski’s new brunch menu will be available Saturday through Monday during the holiday weekend and Saturday and Sunday every weekend after. The updated menu offers unique and indulgent brunch must-haves, including Biscuits & Gravy, the Degenerate Nachos, and the Grown Up Toast and Kid Toast.
Bukowski’s Biscuits & Gravy features a sausage gravy that is a 3rd generation family recipe from Chef Brian Poe’s archives over fluffy house made biscuits. The Degenerate Nachos, perfect for sharing, are topped with all the good stuff - eggs, bacon, jalapeno, scallion, and cheddar jack. The Grown Up Toast elevates the traditional avocado toast with the addition of poached eggs, basil, and tomato served atop sourdough. For those looking to have a little extra fun, the Kid Toast is for you. A slice of Pullman is adorned with chocolate, hazelnut, Lucky Charm’s™, and whipped cream.
To complement the new menu, Willie’s Superbrew will host special tastings on Saturday,
October 12th and Monday, October 14th from 11 am – 1 pm. Willie’s will be giving guests a taste of their Pomegranate Acai, Pear Cinnamon, and Ginger Lemon flavors. Willie’s Superbrew is a hard seltzer blended with real fruit. It is gluten-free and low in carbs and calories but brewed with thousands of pounds of real fruits and spices so their beverages are bursting with real flavor. Bukowski Tavern will also incorporate Willie’s Superbrew into three cocktail specials for the weekend – the Super Mule, a Pomegranate Mojito, and the Kentucky Fall, which features Willie’s Pear Cinnamon and bourbon.
Along with the mentioned menu items, Bukowski Tavern adds an array of other brunch items sure to please every palate in your party.
