Bukowski Tavern is teaming up with FAB Beer to bring four of their craft ales to the Cambridge restaurant’s taps during ‘Super Tuesday.’ FAB Beers, distributed by Craft Collective, and created “for the sake of art and activism,” encompasses “a collection of projects that involve art, music, and activism.” Each of FAB’s brews feature the artwork of talented local, national, and international artists with the mission of brewing world class beers which build a better world through art.
As the ‘Super Tuesday’ results are played live on Bukowski’s televisions, customers can indulge in an assortment of FAB’s newest released brews, Squid Pro Quo, Pilsner 4 Peace, Tremendous, and Atlantis Will Prevail/Take Back the Seas. To compliment the brews, Bukowski Tavern’s chef/owner, Brian Poe, has crafted two specials for the evening. A Peppercorn Crusted Calamari features Fried Calamari with ‘Squid Pro ‘Poe’ DIPA Citrus Cilantro and Peppercorn Aioli’ and Beer Battered Onion Rings feature Pilsner 4 Peace infused horseradish cheese sauce, flash fried Swiss chard and black lava salt.
Bukowski Tavern will also be encouraging customers to make a donation in support of Somerville-based non-profit, The Welcome Project. The Welcome Project builds the collective power of immigrants to participate in and shape community decisions by working with immigrants throughout the Greater Boston Region. Their efforts combine services, leadership development and opportunities for civic engagement.
These FAB Beer offerings will be available for one-night-only at Bukowski Tavern, making this a can’t miss event.
