Heyo! Buenas here! We turned 5 this year, and, with the help of all our friends and fellow vendors at Bow Market, we're hosting the big a$$ Argentinian cookout we've always dreamed of—it's all happening Sunday, August 13th, from 2 - 6 p.m.
Your ticket includes your choice of *any two items* from our grill menu, plus discounted a la carte food tickets. (We're getting weird, and all of this food won't be cheap. So we're giving you the bargain for pre-planning and making head counts less of a headache for us.) PRE-SALE @ $avings.com ends August 10th. SO if you think you kinda maybe wanna come, we say don't overthink and just do it.
All of the day's grilled fare will cost, like rides at a county fair, a set number of tickets. You can purchase extra a la carte tickets at a discount ($5 each) because you pre-purchased your entry here—just show us your Eventbrite ticket at the door (you're so smart). Day-of, for folks without tickets, everything is a la carte and tickets are $6/each. (For ex! A loaded choripan is 3 tickets, 1 blood sausage is 1 ticket, Sweetbreads (mollejas) are 2 tickets, Leafy greens, 1 ticket, etc.)
Bow Market will be open for business as usual on this day, with Argentinian/cookout-themed specials happening downstairs AND upstairs, all of which are available for purchase at the respective vendors.

- Blue Fin Raw Bar is making the shrimp cocktail tower of our dreams (feat. Buenas' new SPICY GOLF—made in collab with Blue Fin <3)
