With peace and love in our hearts, our relationships become more rewarding and long-lasting and we build the foundation for many good qualities to grow such as compassion, acceptance, empathy and patience.
This meditation class will introduce the fundamentals of meditation and explore a series of amazing contemplations that Buddha taught to access our mind of loving kindness. These help us overcome the various ways of thinking that keep us stuck.
