The Brotherhood of the Arrow and Sword is an educational-based medieval reenactment group dedicated to the presentation and practice of historical European martial arts and other facets of medieval life. Their armored fight demos are high energy and entertaining. The Brotherhood will speak about life on the battlefield and present an armored fight demo, as well as a host a discussion on archery and its history. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for children, and little ones 4 and under are free.
Off-site parking for this program will be at Gloucester High School, 32 Leslie O. Johnson Road Gloucester, with a shuttle bus running to the Museum. Parking at the Museum itself will be for handicapped only. Please allow adequate time for parking and transit by shuttle to the Museum, including any possible delay caused by the Blynman Canal Bridge, which when open prevents traffic flow for several minutes.
*This ticket grants you access to the Brotherhood of the Arrow & Sword presentation which will be held outside on the seaside lawn as well as access to the Museum Shop. If ticket holders wish to tour Hammond Castle Museum on the day of this presentation, Self-Guided Tour tickets may be purchased in the Museum Shop at a 20% discount. Last tours begin at 3pm. Proof of purchase of the Brotherhood program will be required
