Just in time for Memorial Day! It’s a science and an art and is completely misunderstood. Brining can add wonderful dimension to meats and vegetables alike. In this hands-on class with Chef Thi, you’ll brine a pork loin to make ham, brine chicken for a succulent roast and brine spring vegetables to flash sauté and create new flavor profiles. You’ll leave the class with a whole new appreciation of brining and great dishes to bring to your Memorial Day gathering!

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
