It’s a science and an art, and is completely misunderstood. Brining can add wonderful dimension to meats and vegetables alike. In this hands-on class with Chef Thi, you’ll brine a pork loin to make ham, brine chicken for a succulent roast and brine autumn vegetables to flash sauté and create new fall flavor profiles. You’ll leave the class with a whole new appreciation of brining!
