BRIDE PRIDE - World's Largest All-Girl Wedding & Renewal Ceremony returns to Provincetown
On July 22, 2017, women from all over the planet will converge on Provincetown, MA to marry at Bride Pride - The World’s Largest All-Girl Wedding - a group ceremony scheduled to take place during Provincetown’s epic Girl Splash week - Provincetown’s premiere Summer Women’s Event. Award-winning, LGBT icon and Reverend-for-the-Day, Kate Clinton, will marry the couples.
Bride Pride - now in its second year - will continue to build on its 2016 success and seek status as the World’s Largest All-Girl Wedding. If there are at least 100 couples marrying, they will become part of recorded history with the Guinness Book of World Records.
Provincetown and Girl Splash will provide the perfect backdrop for the event, allowing for an amazing wedding experience at a fraction of the cost of a traditional wedding. The days leading up to the ceremony will be studded with events, parties, concerts and everything else Provincetown has to offer in the height of its summer season. After the vows and rings and a parade down Commercial Street, the whole town will serve as the wedding party where brides will re-join women in town for events planned for the weekend. What a reception!
In honor of those married, Bride Pride will make a contribution to The True Colors Foundation - Cyndi Lauper’s organization working to end LGBTQ youth homelessness.
