Get your Sunday morning starting right with brewery yoga at our new CX taproom.
Join us for brewery yoga at Lamplighter CX! Get in the right mindset for the week at our biweekly Sunday morning yoga class, led by certified instructor Kelsey Sawyer.
We’ll gather in our light-filled upstairs taproom for a gentle flow, then cool down with a cold beer after. All experience levels are welcome, the class will be accessible to all with plenty of options for modifications. Please plan on bringing your own mat. If you don't have a mat, a large beach towel works as well.
Each ticket includes:
– Access to the 1 hour yoga class
– 1 beer token (good for a full pour of any beer or non-alcoholic beverage)
