Looking for some healthy weekend plans? Join us for our weekly Sunday morning brewery yoga class at Lamplighter Brewing Co.’s Cambridge Crossing (CX)
We’ll gather in the light-filled upstairs taproom for a gentle flow. The class is led by certified instructor Anna-Jessie Taylor. Space is limited, and reservations are are required. Save your spot through Eventbrite here: https://breweryyogaatlamp.eventbrite.com/?aff=webcal
All yoga levels are welcome! This class is great for beginners, as well as for experienced yogis. We’ll lead you through a guided flow with a focus on stretching, breathing, and light activity – you might work up a light sweat, but nothing too strenuous. Please plan on bringing your own yoga mat. If you don’t have a mat, a large beach towel works as well.
The class takes place in our upstairs taproom at Lamplighter Brewing Co.’s CX location (110 N First St, Cambridge MA). Your ticket includes full access to the yoga class as well as a beer, cold brew coffee, or kombucha.
Each ticket includes:
- Access to the 1 hour yoga class
- 1 beer token (good for a full pour of any beer or non-alcoholic beverage)
