HOP HOP & STAY (HOME)!---- with our brewers as your guides, you can make your own HOP HOP & AWAY at home! On SAT 05/09, Aeronaut brewers Matt P., Matt C., and brewmaster Mark will guide you through an in-depth demo on how easy it is to brew at home. Learn the science behind everyone's favorite bubbly beverage and follow our Hop Hop recipe to create your very own at-home batch*** (5 gal, approx. 45 12oz bottles). Through a zoom chat, our team will walk you through the whole process, step-by-step, and will be actively taking questions throughout the whole session. We'll have a wrap-up Q&A over a beer or two at the end of the session. You'll (hopefully) learn something and (definitely) have fun.
In partnership with our friends at The Homebrew Emporium, we will be offering two different "ticket" types**. The ALL-IN ticket includes a Best Brewers Kit (inclusive of all possible equipment needed + a 5gal kettle) and ingredients for the brew. Already have a kit at home? We suggest the INGREDIENTS ticket, which just includes the ingredients needed for the brew. Have most of the equipment but you are short just a few supplies? Head over to the Homebrew Emporium (Cambridge or South Shore locations) and be sure to mention our event to receive a special discount! (https://beerbrew.com/)
Purchase a ticket up-front then come pick it up at the brewery through a contactless pick-up. The registration period ends at 6pm on TUES 05/05. Pick up your supplies during our designated pick up window (next Thurs (05/07) + Fri (05/08) from 2-8pm) and get ready for a fun Saturday at home!
PS- we are in the midst of organizing a future bottling tutorial so keep in mind there may be add'l sessions to come!

**TICKET INFO:
1. "All-In" ticket. Includes the Brewer's Best Kit (https://beerbrew.com/product/brewers-best-basic-equipment-kit/), ingredients, and 5gal kettle.
2. "Ingredients" ticket. Pretty self-explanatory. Just the ingredients needed for the brew!
***our Hop Hop recipe will be modified for an extract-type brew (though we will discuss how an all-grain batch would work)
