As the region’s only true Labor Day festival, the 36th Annual Bread & Roses Heritage Festival is an arts and music festival honoring Lawrence, Massachusetts’ multi-cultural roots and rich labor history while commemorating the most significant event in Lawrence history: The 1912 Bread and Roses Strike. This year, the festival will be streamed online via our social media platforms for all our friends across the globe to enjoy socially conscious performances, family activities, virtual historical tours, Lawrence History Live, poster & photo exhibits, and more!
