Effervescent, dynamic and versatile, MICappella is one of Asia’s leading vocal bands based in Singapore. HIVE is a group of 5 fierce and very different women making music with just their voices and some crazy sound effects—all while trying to make the world a better place. Backtrack is an award-winning, five-person a cappella group that explores the power of the human voice through unique vocal arrangements, tight harmonies and world-class beatboxing. Similar Jones is a high-energy vocal band, primarily rock and blues and influenced by elements of soul, funk, and jazz.


The BOSS Scholastic Competition features six groups from all over the country:

The Stereotypes (Washington University in St. Louis)
