We’re pleased to announce that it’s Boston Poetry Marathon time again! This year’s Boston Poetry Marathon is Friday-Sunday, August 16, 17, and 18. Free and open to the public. Donations welcome and appreciated!

And...WE HAVE REALLY EXCITING NEWS!
*We will be in a NEW LOCATION this year!* We are having this year’s Marathon at The Community Church of Boston at 565 Boylston St in Copley Square. It’s a bigger, more comfortable, air-conditioned space, and it is accessible for people with mobility issues because it has an elevator as well as a wheelchair accessible bathroom. This was important to us because we want to make the event as inclusive as possible to all who wish to attend or participate.
This year’s event times are Friday, August 16 from 6-10:30pm, Saturday, August 17 from 12-10:30pm (with a dinner break around 5:30, starting up again at 7pm), and Sunday August 18 from 12-6pm. As always: every reader gets 8-minutes each.
Come have a lot of fun, listen to lots of poems, hang out with lots of poetry poeple, and have a great time. It's wonderful poet camaraderie for the entire weekend.
