Travel across the globe alongside Boston Harbor Hotel’s acclaimed Chef Daniel Bruce as he presents a special Japanese Whisky Dinner featuring Suntory Whisky on Tuesday, January 23. Suntory has pioneered the Art of Japanese Whisky since 1923 and harbors a wide variety of products, from Yamazaki to their newest addition, Suntory Whisky Toki. The celebrated house, founded by Shinjiro Torii, has been named “Distiller of the Year” seven times since 2010 by various panels, including Whisky Magazine’s Icons of Whisky, the International Spirits Challenge, and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The evening begins with a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by a three-course dinner in the Rowes Wharf Bar.
