Boston Center for the Arts and Bodega team up to present the first Boston Art Book Fair on October 20 through 22 in the Mills Gallery, Black Box Theatre and Martin Hall at Boston Center for the Arts. This curated, cutting edge event includes an eclectic mix of over 60 exhibitors, artists, zine makers, and publishers with free admission on October 21 and 22, and a ticketed Preview Party on Friday, October 20.
Exhibitors include Phaidon, D.A.P., MIT Press, Aperture, Anthology Editions, Ben Ogilvy Projects, Oranbeg Press, Hassla, Books for All, Ain't Bad magazine, and many more.
The Friday night Preview Party features a first look at all exhibitors, pop-up performances, DJ sets curated by Bodega, video screenings by Brooklyn's 8-Ball Community, open bar sponsored by Sam Adams, and bites by The Beehive and Foodies Market. Workshops, panels, and presentations will be offered throughout the weekend, alongside music and performance happenings.
