Body Sculpting Winter Series with Coach Julio

In partnership with the Malden Recreation Center.

Stay ACTIVE this winter and get your heart PUMPING! Join us and experience a unique workout that utilizes battle ropes, ladders, resistance bands to torch calories, strengthen core, improve cardiovascular and builds functional strength.

By the end of the series, you can expect to see a visible decrease in body fat with more definition and muscle tone. In short, a fitter, sleeker, shapelier YOU!

Beyond physical wellness benefits, develop self-confidence through safe strength exercises, encouragement, and unconditional support from Coach Julio.

Dates (8 Week Series): January 10, 2022, to February 28, 2022
When: Monday 6pm
Class duration: 50 minutes
Location: Early Learning Center, 257 Mountain Ave, Malden, MA
Pre-requisite: For ALL Levels of fitness
Fee: $40 for Malden Residents. $50 for Non-Malden Residents
