Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sounds of Black Sabbath! Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle. Bring your friends!


This will be all levels outside on the patio of Bone Up! No props will be needed except a mat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.
