Spend the afternoon on Saturday June 10th wandering through the historic streets of the North End neighborhood and Boston waterfront! Stop into Shake the Tree between 1-3pm and join us for a Cocktail Bitters + Shrubs Tasting with HUDSON STANDARD!

Based in upstate NY, Hudson Standard creates small-batch handcrafted bitters and fruit vinegar syrups to flavor cocktails and sparkling waters. They partner with local farms to
source fruits and herbs!


We will be sampling:

*concord grape, rhubarb,
+ apple coriander shrubs


*ginger, spruce shoot
+ masala bitters
