Bill Charlap is one of the world’s premiere jazz pianists and has performed with many leading artists ranging from Phil Woods to Tony Bennett to Gerry Mulligan. Charlap is known for his interpretations of American pop songs and has received two Grammy Award nominations. He has been the artistic director of NYC’s Jazz in July Festival at the 92Y for the past 10 years and has produced several concerts for Jazz Lincoln Center and an evening of George Gershwin’s music at the Hollywood Bowl.
