(BIBIMBAP FOR TWO AND A MIXED FOUR PACK OF BEER)
We’re teaming up with the Korean food masters at Perillas on a new dinner kit. which includes everything you need to make their delicious Bibimbap Bowls at home! With four of our favorite beers to pair, of course.
Each order serves 2 people and will include everything you need to build your own delicious rice bowl at home. Check out full kit contents below, and be sure to select your protein: we're offering a bulgogi beef, as well as a vegetarian baked tofu. There will be some light prep work needed but don't worry, we'll provide you with all the instructions you need.
EACH KIT INCLUDES:
– White rice
– Protein of your choice: Bulgogi Beef or Baked Tofu (v)
– Toppings: Carrots, Zucchini, Korean-Style Cucumbers, Spicy Kimchi Cucumbers, Tangy Red Radish
– Sauces: House Gochujang, Yum-Yum Aioli
– Mixed four pack of beer: Rosie (Mexican-Style Lager), Wordplay (Honey Brown Ale), Apres Ski (Spiced Ale), and Rabbit Rabbit (NE-Style Double IPA)

Here’s how it works: Pre-order now, for pickup at the brewery on Friday 2/19 anytime between 2 pm - 8 pm. We'll have plenty of other beer available for pickup as well, add that on to your order if you'd like us to pack it up in advance for you!
