This FREE four-week series with John Rex will introduce basic yoga poses designed to gain length in the spine, space in the chest, and flexibility in the spine, hips, and shoulders. Yoga props will be used to enable students to learn to gently and safely stretch, strengthen, and find balance. Students are welcome at any point in the series and will develop a personalized understanding of their options for further yoga study.
