Krav Maga is a simple and straightforward system of self-defense that utilizes instinctive reactions to threats and attacks. This 60-minute class will introduce you to some of the underlying concepts and principles of the system and give you an opportunity to practice techniques in a controlled and safe environment. This class is taught by Gershon Ben Keren, a 5th Degree Black Belt and 2010 inductee into the Museum of Israeli Martial Arts in Herzliya, Israel.
