In uncertain times, knowing how to defend and protect yourself, allows you the confidence to live your life fully. At Krav Maga Yashir Boston, we teach people an effective and proven self-defense/fighting method. Krav Maga - meaning contact combat - is the system of hand-to-hand fighting taught to members of the IDF (Israeli Defense Force). The approach is simple, easy to learn and brutally effective.


This one-hour introductory class is taught by Krav Maga 5th Degree Black Belt, Gershon Ben Keren, who has trained and taught in Israel, and received his teaching certification, and black belts there. The class introduces attendees to some of the fundamental techniques and core concepts of the system/approach. If you are interested in empowering your life, by learning how to predict and prevent violence as well as knowing what to do when a physical confrontation is inevitable, this class is a great place to start.
