Bees Deluxe have been invited to play at Ryles during it's final and closing week. Come and help them say goodbye to this wonderful venue.
You’ve never heard blues like this before. Hell bent on a mission to blast the blues into a new dimension, Bees Deluxe, Boston’s most unpredictable band deploys their new album, Voice of Dog. Imagine the Three Kings (BB, Albert and Freddie) in a musical street fight with Steely Dan, or a strung-out Return To Forever shooting craps in a Beale Street back alley and you’ll begin to scratch the surface of Bees Deluxe’s unique brand of electric mayhem.
“At first glance most people perceive us as blues band,” says guitarist/singer Conrad Warre. “But we twist it as much as we can. This is our fifth album and, after being together for almost 10 years, it sometimes seems that the further out we go it's easier to see the roots of where we've been. The blues are still in there, you just might have to dig below the surface a bit and go for the ride with us to get to them."
The new Bees Deluxe album "Voice of Dog" is out now, you can check it out via: Spotify at http://spoti.fi/2snDrNb
