Learn how to make the original pretzel at swissbäkers! We will guide you through the process of preparing the dough and shaping the pretzel using authentic Swiss methods. Beer will be provided by Notch Brewery, who will be discussing the finer details of the brewing process.
Your "Baker's Pass" entitles you to:
-One pretzel, created from scratch by you!
-Professional instruction on baking and pretzel creation from Helene & Thomas Stohr
-Beer (3 per person) served by Notch
Pretzel themed appetizers (Pretzel Bites with dips and Mini Pretzel Roll Sandwiches) will be available to snack on throughout the event. We will be separating guests into two groups for the pretzel lesson. Your group is determined by the pass you purchase.
As your pretzel bakes, you will have the chance to participate in several games and activities, including our headline event, the Notch vs swissbäkers Beer Pong Tournament! Based on the pass you purchase, you will receive a spot on either the swissbäkers "Red" team, or the Notch "Green" team. Each team will compete amongst themselves until one finalist emerges. The finalist from each team will then go head to head for the chance to win gift cards from swissbäkers and Notch Brewery.
