Join us for our March Beer & Cheese Pairing Class: All About Stouts. In honor of St. Patrick's Day, this class is celebrating one of the styles most associated with Ireland: Stouts!
If you're a fan of the dark and roasty flavor profile of Stouts, you're in luck! We'll be trying our two Irish Stout styles, Finnegan's Wake and Dubliners, as well as two other stouts that demonstrate the breadth that the style has to offer.
On Monday, March 13th at 6:30 pm, join us upstairs at our Cambridge Crossing taproom for our monthly beer and cheese pairing class. We'll walk you through a curated cheese board and flight with comprehensive tasting notes and style descriptions, spotlighting a variety of cheeses alongside a selection of our very own Stouts. You'll leave knowing a little bit more about beer, brewing, cheese making, and how to put together a successful beer and food pairing.
Each ticket is for one person and grants you access to the event at our 110 N First Street “CX” taproom, seating, a flight of four 5 oz pours, and cheese board for one featuring a selection of four locally sourced cheeses.
If you are interested in trying all of our different cheeses at CX be sure to swing by the cheese cart for seasonal & locally sourced cheese and charcuterie boards. We are always changing our boards to give our hungry beer drinkers something new to nibble on!
