Join us for the May edition of our monthly beer and cheese tasting, hosted in our beautiful light-filled CX taproom. This class is focused on one of our favorite, flavorful types of beer: IPAs.
Have you ever wondered what cheeses to enjoy with one of the most popular styles of beer? Or are you looking for a fun springtime outing? Don't miss our tasting class focused on all things IPA and cheese. Whether your a hop head, or interested in learning more about the range of flavors presented by different types of IPAs, we'll see you there.
On Monday, May 1st at 6:30 pm, join us upstairs at our Cambridge Crossing taproom for our monthly beer and cheese pairing class. We'll walk you through a curated cheese board and flight with comprehensive tasting notes and style descriptions, spotlighting a variety of cheeses alongside an array of our very own IPAs. You'll leave knowing a little bit more about beer, brewing, cheese making, and how to put together a successful beer and food pairing.
Each ticket is for one person. One ticket grants you access to the event at our 110 N First Street “CX” taproom, seating, a flight of four 5 oz pours, and cheese board for one featuring a selection of four locally sourced cheeses. This class is great for groups, date night, or folks hoping to make new friends. All the seating is family-style and first come first serve, so come early if you'd like to guarantee seating with your group.
