Join us for the January edition of our monthly beer and cheese tasting, co-hosted with our friends from Formaggio Kitchen in our beautiful light-filled CX taproom. This time, we're giving some love to the classics! Taste some incredible cheeses alongside some of our favorite Lamplighter beer selections– it's gonna be one for the ages.
Sometimes things are classic for a reason, and while we can appreciate the new, the avant garde, the boundary-pushing, you just can't beat the time-honored favorites. From the simple, salty joy of the cheddar-IPA pairing, to the assertive, creamy stout & stilton, we're counting down through the greatest hits of beer + cheese duets with the best renditions we can find! We'll sample some of the tried and true best of the Lamplighter beer lineup– each with a perfectly paired cheese sure to make it sing! Will your favorite make the top of the charts? Each ticket is for one person and grants you access to the event at our 110 N First Street “CX” taproom, seating, a flight of four 5 oz pours, and cheese board for one featuring a selection of four cheeses sourced by Formaggio Kitchen. This class is great for groups, date night, or folks hoping to make new friends - all the seating is family-style and first come first serve.
