This two-part in-person event starts with a session on the hot topic of unconscious bias and wraps with a panel session on the value of women being allies for other women in the workplace. Lunch is provided between sessions.

Elaine Yarbrough and Lindsay Burr Singla join us from The Yarbrough Group to offer a multi-generational perspective on the unconscious biases within us, how they can impact us at work and the tips and tricks we can employ to overcome those biases.

The panel consists of four incredible women from Atlantic Broadband, Comcast, ESPN and NESN along with moderator Alison Martin-Books, founder of Pass the Torch for Women Foundation. We'll hear about their experiences working with women who have been great allies to the other women...as well as some who have not. They'll discuss the challenges, the opportunities we all have to be better allies to our female colleagues and the impact that could have in the workplace.
