Fourth Annual Battle Road 5K Road Race-The Fourth Annual Battle Road 5K Road Race will be held on Sunday, May 19 at the Minute Man National Park in Lexington and Lincoln. The race starts at 9:00am at the Visitors Center (250 North Great Road, Lincoln or 3151 Marrett Road, Lexington). The first 200 participants receive a Battle Road T-shirt. To run, sign up at battleroad5K.racewire.com. Same Day registration will be permitted but only cash or checks will be accepted. You can compete as an individual or create a 5-person team. Radio Station MIX 104 will be in attendance playing music and giving out prizes. A Patriotic Opening Ceremony featuring students from Winchester's McCall Middle School will precede the race including the presentation of college scholarships. A post-race party will be held at Lexington's Waxy O'Connor's. Proceeds will benefit the Massachusetts National Guard Foundation. Parking is available at Minuteman Regional Vocational High School.
