Troquet on South will be celebrating the days leading up to Bastille Day, when France enjoys its independence day. On the evenings of June 11, 12 and 13, Troquet will serve a Tour de France Menu alongside its “a la carte” menu.
The Tour de France tasting menu will showcase five French dishes, which may be supplemented with French wine pairings. The menu will include gougères, tarte flambée, escargot, ribeye, and raclette. The menu is $99 per guest, or $139 with wine pairings. Reservations are encouraged.
