Bastille Day: American Wine with French Food - oh mon Dieu!


Salade Niçoise, Truite Amandine, Bouillabaisse, Bœuf Bourguignon, Moules Frites—these are some French classics, and at least one French man will tell you that you can absolutely pair these with American wine. Come join internationally renowned sommelier and actual Frenchy Bertil Jean-Chronberg for this cross-cultural mélange. In 90 minutes, you’ll learn the French secret to pairing in an American way.
