Guided by a master whiskey blender from High West Distillery, you'll explore the intricate art of flavor blending, using premium High West spirits as your foundation.
During this interactive session, you'll have the opportunity to personalize your cocktail with an array of house-made bar syrups and artisanal bitters. The highlight? You'll prepare and age your concoction in your very own mini, American, white oak barrel, allowing the flavors to mature and meld over six weeks.
