Work out from the comfort and safety of your own home while also giving back!


Join barre3 South End and barre3 Needham for a virtual, donation-based barre class to raise money for the Cathedral High School Athletic Department. All registered attendees will receive Zoom information the morning of the class.


barre3 is a full-body, balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. This workout will get your heart pumping and work deep into your muscles with no props required! We suggest a yoga mat and light handheld weights, but these are not necessary to feel the benefits of this workout.


3 Donation levels available: $20, $30, and $50. All attendees will also be entered into a raffle to win $100 toward retail in one of the studio boutiques (online shopping and shipping available). Give more and get more chances to win: $20 = 1 raffle ticket, $30 = 2 raffle tickets, $50 = 5 raffle tickets.
