As if Barre wasn't amazing enough, we are taking it up a notch! This 50 minute full body workout will be taught to fun upbeat music, in a dark room with black lights! We will supply the glow sticks, but be sure to wear your light colored workout outfits.
Socks or bare feet, no prior experience needed.
