Venica & Venica is one of Friuli’s most well known and respected estates located in the Dolegna district of Collio. Founded in 1930, Venica & Venica is a third generation family estate run by Giampaolo, who took over from his father Gianni and uncle Giorgio.


The Venicas are local winemakers who appreciate and enhance their traditions with continuous research and innovation: “The effort that we are always making is aimed at understanding the characteristics of the many microclimates on our property, in order to create a mosaic of the diversity of the various sites, and best exploit the varietal characteristics of every single vine.”


The winery is known for highly textural and aromatic whites that use little to no wood in the production of their wines.
