We brewed a collaboration beer with Girih, and you can come try it with us during January’s band hangout session! Meet members of the band and chat over a beer, grab that record you’ve been meaning to snag, and check out all the other merch and other offerings all while listening to a curated playlist! Joining in on the fun will be Junius, Pray for Sound, and Lesotho.
About the beer: The Hourglass is a unique twist on a classic Belgian tripel. It’s big, boozy, and bright with a dominant fruity ester profile, with an extra charge of fresh brewer’s wort added during fermentation to create an extra layer of complexity. We tried out this experimental fermentation to emulate Girih’s love of live-looping during their live performances! This beer will be available on draft and in bottles.
