As part of IHG Hotels & Resorts new winter campaign, Bambara Kitchen & Bar at Kimpton Marlowe Hotel is embracing a chalet theme this season, where nothing feels better than leaving the bitter cold behind for the welcoming warmth of good company, food and spirits inspired by the warmth of a mountain-side chalet.

For $20.00 during dinner only, three separate whiskey pours from Heaven Hill Distillery, the world’s largest independent, family-owned bourbon distillery in Kentucky can be enjoyed: 


- Henry McKenna old sour match Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey

- Elijah Craig small batch bourbon whiskey

- Larceny small batch Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey


Bambara Chef Adam Resnick recommends pairing this smooth, soothing whiskey flight with Oysters, Fried Calamari or Grilled Steak Frites (priced separately.)


Bambara is open for dinner Sunday - Saturday, 5pm - 10pm.
