Attend an intimate dinner at the Boston Harbor Hotel’s Rowes Wharf Bar with the option for a Balvenie Whisky or Champagne pairing on Wednesday, May 17th at 7pm.
Rowes Wharf Bar at Boston Harbor Hotel has partnered with Balvenie Whisky to introduce Balvenie’s 16yr French Oak along with a few other delicious Balvenie variants. A brand ambassador from Balvenie will be in attendance leading guests through a tasting menu by Boston Harbor Executive Chef David Daniels.
Options for the Balvenie tasting include Balvenie 16 yr, Balvenie Single Barrel, and Balvenie Doublewood. For the Champagne tasting, there will be Pol Roger Champagne, Champagne Deutz NV Brut "Classic", and Gonet-Medeville NV Blanc de Noir 1er Cru.
To taste, enjoy Goat Cheese Gougères (with Cheese Profiteroles and Warm Goat Cheese), Mini Macs (with Wagyu burger, My Special Sauce, Pickled Duckling, Melted Brie, and Fig Jam), PB&J Toast (with Pink Pepper, Lingonberry Jam, and Cashew Butter), Scallion Pancake (with Duckling, Melted Brie, Fig Jam), and a Cheese and Charcuterie Collection.
Tickets for this event are $125 and include dinner and your choice of Balvenie whisky or Champagne pairings.
