The Brighton Allston Congregational church is having a garden clean-up to prepare the gardens for the annual Allston Brighton Food Pantry Fundraiser on September 12.


Everyone (regardless of religious affiliation) is invited to join to help beautify the only green space in Brighton Center while we prepare to raise funds for our food pantry that feeds hundreds of people who do not have food security.


Clean-up tasks include weeding, removing leaf litter, raking, hedge trimming and trash removal.


This is a great way to build your resume, meet friendly new people, give back to community and enjoy self-care as garden work is proven to improve your mental and physical health.


No RSVP needed--just show up and ask for Patty!
