Ok, it's time to say bye to Summer and embrace the New England seasonal shift.


We're switching over to our Autumn Cocktail Menu and releasing a few spirits to celebrate.


Fall appropriate and pumpkin-free, Autumn Gin is made using orange peel, juniper, anise, cinnamon, galangal, lemon peel, and coriander. This gin leads with an aroma of spices and cinnamon, and sips with a velvety body with anise top notes over a peppery backbone with a tangy thai ginger finish.


Part of Short Path Distillery's Hatchery Series, Old Tom Gin is our take on the classic barrel-aged, sweetened spirit. It starts with our London Dry Gin: Juniper, coriander, and lemongrass. We age the spirit in used Bourbon barrels for three months and add sugar to create the final product.


Autumn Welcome Party Festivities:

- New spirit releases: Autumn Gin & Old Tom Gin available in cocktails or in bottles to go
- Dog-friendly patio open
- Distillery tours available at 3, 5, and 7pm (check our website for tickets)
