On Sunday, March 10th, 2019, Concord Market's Inaugural Celebrity Author Series will feature a book signing with author Erin Byers-Murray, a Nashville-based food writer, cookbook author, and magazine editor. Her latest book, Grits, A Cultural & Culinary Journey Through the South, explores the evolution of the once overlooked Southern staple, grits.


The book walks through Erin’s deeper dive into Southern cuisine, alongside the development of her own Southern identity. The signing will include samples derived from recipes within Erin’s book, by Concord Market Culinary Director, Chef Matt Molloy. The signing and sampling will take place from 2:00PM-4:00PM and is free to the public.
